Free Snow Removal Contract Terms for the 2024 Season

​

We are offering up to 40 homes within our service area a complimentary snow removal contract for the 2024 season. Selected recipients will be integrated into our regular snow removal routes and will receive the same level of service as our paid clients. This initiative is part of our effort to revolutionize snow removal and expand awareness of our services.

Winner Selection Process:

 

Liberty will conduct a contest in which participants can vote by sharing and commenting on a designated Facebook post. To submit a valid vote, participants must complete the following steps:

1. Like Liberty’s Facebook page.

2. Share the specified contest post.

3. Comment as directed in the post.

 

The contest will occur in two rounds:

• Round 1: Votes will determine the city in which services will be awarded. Only residents currently living in the city they comment on are eligible to vote in this round.

• Round 2: Votes will then determine the specific neighborhood within the winning city. If the selected neighborhood does not have a sufficient number of homes to fulfill the offer, Liberty reserves the right to expand the service area to include additional neighborhoods or regions.

Service Details:

• We will provide snow removal for each snowfall event between November 1st and March 31st that results in an accumulation of 1.5 inches or more. Dispatch will occur after snowfall has ceased or when accumulation reaches 5 inches, whichever occurs first.

• There is no cap on the number of serviceable snow events during the season.

• For storms resulting in 6 inches or more, we will provide a free return visit to clear any windrows.

Eligibility & Terms:

• No purchase is necessary to enter or cast your vote.

• If selected, we will create an account on your behalf and apply a credit for the full value of a seasonal contract, up to $549.00.

• As with all residential accounts, a valid credit card must be kept on file for seamless processing of any out-of-contract services you may request.

• Your snow removal contract will automatically renew for the following season, though you may cancel at any time. A reminder email will be sent prior to renewal, and on October 15th, an invoice will be generated and your card will be charged accordingly.

• Existing clients are eligible for this credit.

Restrictions:

• Gravel driveways are ineligible for service due to liability concerns with the use of commercial snowblowers.

• In the event more than 40 eligible residents participate in this offer, Liberty reserves the right to select winners at its discretion or to expand the offer to include additional recipients.

Cancelling Services: ​

​

• There is no cash value for winners. If services are canceled before the contract period ends, no refund will be provided.

• You are under no obligation to continue services with Liberty after contract term is over. However, unless a written cancellation request is submitted, your contract will automatically renew for the following year and is subject to terms, conditions and rates of current contract.
